Michael Jackson was dead by the time his doctor rang for help after injecting him with powerful sedative Propofol, a court heard yesterday.
A prosecutor made the claims as he launched the case for Dr Murray, 57, to be jailed for allegedly killing Jackson with Propofol at his Los Angeles home on June 25, 2009.
