Three people have been killed in Pattani's Thung Yang Daeng district.
As the car swerved into the roadside ditch, the assailants continued to shoot at the vehicle. They then poured fuel on to the sedan and set it ablaze.
The victims were identified as Bunthian Bupphawas, 43; Am Kuarkoon, 50; and her husband, Sawat Kuarkoon,55.
